Utopia Brigade is the duo project of Jeremiah Carter (J. Carter) and Sarah Viviana Valdez (i_like_dog_face), partners in both life and art, while still keeping their separate and unique voices. But with Utopia Brigade, two become one and perhaps the songcraft on "Letters Of Affection" traces and tracks the sonic pathways towards that harmonic convergence? (We deal in myth and stories and art reshaping reality here at popnihil, so we will say yes, that is indeed the case.) Originally released as part of Vienna Press’ ‘The White Madonna’ Compilation' in 2018, now 'Letters of Affection' stands on its own as an unspoken language of connection and hope for a new world.
