Holyoke, MA, improvisational legend and electro-acoustic alchemist Bonnie Kane presents "The Essence of Witches," three pieces of alternately haunting and dizzying new work.

With an arsenal of saxophones, flutes and electronic mystery boxes, Kane weaves dense webs of mysterious sound that will leave you breathless. Kane has recorded countless albums of freeform improv and quiet ambience on her own, and has collaborated with the likes of Snakefinger, Tatsuya Nakatani and Godspeed You! Black Emperor.
